Can’t Support Devices Over 330W, If exceeding 330W, it will automatically enter the protection mode, you need to restart to recover it

• Q4: What can I do to extend battery life?

It is better to be fully charged every 3 months to keep the battery pack healthy

Some Tips:

1. Due to long-term transportation and storage, the battery may enter sleep mode. It is recommended to charge it through a wall socket for more than 10 minutes to activate it

2. Support use while charging, but we don’t suggest, it will influence the battery life
